Insurance Policy Bound

Further to your recent instructions, we confirm that we have arranged the following insurance on your behalf behalf:

POLICY TYPE: Landlord – Accidental Damage
INSURER: Hollard
POLICY PERIOD: 29th January 2020 – 29th January 2021
In your data room are your Invoice and policy documents. Please check them carefully to ensure that the insurance is adequate for your requirements. In particular, check that:
· Your details are correctly recorded
· The amount sums insured are adequate for your business requirements
· The excess(es) are acceptable.
Confirmation of What You Have Told Us Form to be reviewed and signed
We enclose a Confirmation of What You Have Told Us form for completion by the Insured. Please review, sign and return to us for forwarding to the insurer by 5th February 2020. For your convenience, the form has been partly completed with the information that you have provided to us. Please carefully check the information to ensure that it is accurate and up to date and complete the remaining sections.
Remember that you must tell the insurer everything that is relevant to its decision to insure the risk, otherwise the insurer could reduce your claim and cancel the policy. If information is deliberately withheld, the insure may refuse to pay a claim and treat the policy as if it never existed.
Payment Terms
Please note that payment is due on 5th February 2020. If we do not receive payment by this date, we will need to notify your insurer that the premium has not been paid. Your insurer will have the right to cancel your insurance.
Premium Funding
If you wish to pay by monthly instalments, please refer to the ‘PAY MONTHLY’ section in the bottom right corner of the first page of the invoice. To accept the quote click the ‘View and Accept Online’ button and follow the prompts.

The Privacy Policy describes our current policies and practices in relation to the collection, handling, use and disclosure of personal information. It also deals with how you can complain about a breach of the privacy laws and how you can access the personal information we hold and how to have that information corrected. The FSG sets out the services that we can offer you.
