Blog Update 11/10
I hope you are both well. We have been reviewing numerous properties and have one that we are narrowing in on. We have conducted our first inspection and Richie is conducting a second inspection on Monday. We will have this on your site for your initial thoughts ASAP and the COS is with the solicitor for review already. If it ticks the boxes after viewing on Monday, we will need to act quickly.
We’ve now heard back from Eddie the neighbour and have some initial costs for the replacement of the collapsing fence. They range from $2,800 to $3,600, the more expensive quote was provided by Eddie as he included the extra section to continue the fence for the whole length of the driveway and sleepers for the base. This will obviously look better, but of course comes at a cost. We’re still reviewing and will update but keen to start sharing these costs now so we can plan ahead.
9 of the light bulbs have blown! In Canberra the tenant isn’t allowed to change the light bulb. We’ll have this quoted.

The lease ends on the 20/12, we are starting conversations with the tenants to sign a new 12-month lease. Please let me know if you have any questions.
