Weekly Update - Friday 6/10

Hi guys,

Another big week on site and things are tracking as planned, this week we achieved the following:

  • Front fence completed (still to be painted)

  • Roof restoration completed. The roof looks amazing and pics will be on your site on Monday

  • Interior painting prep and painting

  • Wardrobe fix completed

  • Electrical work continued.

Next week the following happens:

  • Electrical work continued

  • Internal and external painting continued

  • New flooring installed.

We also have tenant inspections scheduled for Wednesday 11th and Saturday 14th.
