Please check out the daily progress photos on your website.

Last night was also the first tenant viewing. We had five groups through, with an interested couple that can move in on Monday 23/10 as per the timeline. We have another viewing tomorrow morning and will keep you updated.

On any new renovation, we introduce ourselves to the neighbours and pass on our contact details so they can call us with any questions throughout the project. Your closest neighbours, Eddie (the Dad) and his wife have three kids and have lived in the property since 2014. They are starting to plan renovations on their property, which is a great sign. Jack, you'll be excited to know that Eddie's brother is Christian Lealiffano and he lives around the corner from your place, I'm angling for neighbourly beers :) We'll introduce you guys to Eddie. The neighbours you share the other boundary with haven't been home this week, although Eddie said they are a lovely retired couple, we'll aim to meet them next week.

Also, check out a couple of articles we have posted on your site from the Canberra Times on Canberra's surging house prices and the increasing tourist numbers to the ACT.

We'll be in touch next week with further updates.
