Contact Report - Design

Hi guys,

Thanks for your time on Monday, please find the contact report below. Please let us know if you have any comments or questions in the blog below?

Milk Chocolate presented the following:

  • Colour palette

  • Design recommendations

  • Fixtures and fitting recommendations

  • A room by room narrative on the proposed works

  • All presented in the Design Recommendations deck

It was agreed in the meeting that the Design Recommendations deck was approved and Milk Chocolate would move forward as proposed.

We are currently in the process of finalising the three quotes for the various building works, once finalised the budget spreadsheet will be updated and we will jump on a con-call to review the budget and appoint the building team, this call will happen w/c 21/08.
