Re. your point about the better areas in Belconnen, this is fine, but just remember, if we present an area that is a little further out a discounted price, then it will generally have a better opportunities for capital growth. That will in turn create more opportunities to grow your portfolio quicker. Nonetheless, I’ll present different options and provide the pro’s and con’s on each so we can make an informed decision.
Thanks for the details re. your lending. When the time comes to present and i’m working on your cash flow analysis, i will touch base again to confirm these numbers. I’ll also provide my recommendation on the best way to approach it when the time comes.
